Intermediate Service
Our Intermediate Motorcycle Service covers more advanced and intrusive mechanical work designed to restore performance, address deeper issues, and keep your motorcycle operating at its best. This service may include:
Carburetor Cleaning & Synchronization: Complete removal, cleaning, and adjustment of carburetors to improve throttle response and fuel delivery.
Clutch Disc Replacement: Replace worn clutch plates and inspect related components for smooth and reliable power transfer.
Fork Service: Drain and replace fork oil, inspect seals, and rebuild or service fork internals to restore suspension performance.
Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair wiring issues, charging problems, lighting failures, and other electrical faults.
Engine Case Split: Disassemble the engine case for internal inspection, repair, or component replacement.
Engine Swap: Remove and replace the engine, including alignment, mounting, and system reconnection.
A $200 diagnostic flat fee applies to all inspections.
If you choose to proceed with the recommended intermediate service, the fee will be applied toward the total service cost.
If you decide not to move forward after diagnostics, the $200 fee will be charged for the time and evaluation.
